M & L for surface excavation averaging 15cm deep and n.exc 30cm deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil including removing the soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including old damage barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post and struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion from ground by excavating soil or by demolition of concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, UG cable, water supply pipe line manhole etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for embeding post, struts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of broken/crushed stone aggregate of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain or channels 30cm inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for door cill, lintels, steps, copings, apex stones, boundary pillars, paddings, with plain fair faces including chamfering, weatherings, throatings etc and setting in cement mortar necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre cast cement concrete kerb stones in 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar including filling sides using PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (Total coated thickness) of any colour, finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with best quality self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Colour of ridge shall be same colour as that of sheet used for roof)

S & F Mild steel works as in fencing posts, struts and horizontal members including necessary cutting tops to shape as directed, welding, drilling holes, bolting, notching for wire etc, MS flat iron as fillets (for securing wire mesh/chain link) complete and other similar items of work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled holes for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, door, iron ladders etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guiders) , steel section conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 complete all as directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel work as in trusses,purlins, posts etc using Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc including cutting, welding complete. Steel section conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) weldable quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

S & F band, straps, fillets, supports or stays for rainwater pipes, ventilating pipes, including bolts if required hooks (stay), heavy duty, for large gate, hooks and pintle hinges, large hasp and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, wind ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and the similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165 all as directed.

S & F rolled mild steel works as in compound girders and sanchions, lattice girders, areial masts, stagging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc built up from two or more beams or channels or angles with plates, including all lattice bars stiffeners, gusset plates. Steel section shall conform to Fe-410-W (Gde- E- 250) weldable quqality - A complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing chain link fencing made out of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire, approximate mesh size 50X50mm, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of chain link shall be determined through BOO to be detailed by GE.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer (10mm + 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound at top 5mm thick layer by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/Fosroc/choksey)

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in proper slope/gradient etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base/level course of floor, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast machine pressed interlocking paver block any shaped and size conforming to IS- 15658-2006, 80mm thick, M-40 grade concrete with grey cement and no pigment, set and jointed in dry sand including providing 75mm thick dry sand filling below paver blocks complete all as directed

M & L for joint free non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles, Grade B II(a), 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic joint free, coloured tiles, 350x250mm/450x350mm, Grade B III, 7 to 8 mm thick as in dado/vertical surface of wall/ skirting including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore bib taps cast copper alloy chromium plated with capstan head screwed down to iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make: CERA Cat NO HT-F3001151 or equivalent of Make Hindware/Parryware/PRAYAG

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia CPVC pipes (ISI marked) SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of 25mm dia CPVC pipes (ISI marked) SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 2000 litre capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 25 mm dia brass ball/float valve high pressure with polythene float and flynut, 25 mm water tank nipple, union suitable for HDPE water tank, 25mm bore gun metal gate/globe valve with iron wheel head complete all as specified and directed.
