Comrehensive maintenace of 02 Nos electrically operated 13 passenger lift suitable for G+4 floors with electric power operated doors , auto electric levelling device completewith ARD facility installed at Provn of deficient married accn for offrs at HQ EAC(U) for a period of 12 months (1st year after expiry of defect liability period of Phase-I). Repairs/Replacement of defective / unserviceable part like LCD display,electromechanical locks,safety devices of lifts and other accessories of the lift etc and in addition of break down maintenance to the monthly, half yearly and yearly maintenance as per mentioned in company catalouges. Contractor shall carry out break down maintenance also. In case of break down, the contractor's mechanic shall reach at site within on hour whenever any break down is repoted to the contractor or his representative telephonically / through email or any other media of communication. The contractor shall specify their office / residence / work place phone numbers or mobile numbers for lodging break down complaints round the clock i.e. 24x7 Hrs. Note : 1. Activities covered in the above schedule shall not be exhaustive, if any activity required being included later on due to reliability and safety shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost. 2. The contractor shall enter into a MOU with the OEM for the provision of the lift and further maintenace. The MOU for the post warranty, Post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted at least six month prioir to the issue of completion certificate of the main contract. 3. Maintenace of lifts shall be maintained through OEM .
