Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.
Pavement milling (cold planning, asphalt milling, or profiling) of existing all kinds of bituminous surfaces (Mastic, DBM, BC, SDBC, SMA, PMC etc.) with specially designed equipment up to the specified depth of bituminous layer as per designed level & grade, including disposal of milling material with all lead (minimum 20 km from site) and lift complete as per specification. The surface shall be free of bumps, ruts, and other imperfections including the arrangement of traffic diversion if required. Milling material recovered, shall be loaded directly onto trucks/trolleys from the milling machine & shall be the property of the contractor. The milled road surface shall be swept clean prior to opening to traffic. The milling machine is power-operated, selfpropelled, and self-sufficient in power, traction, and stability to remove a thickness of BT surface to a specified depth. The machine should be able to provide a uniform profile and cross slope, and capable of accurately and automatically establishing profile grades along each edge of the machine by referencing from the existing pavement without damaging the bottom CC surface if any. The machine should have an automatic system for controlling grade elevation and cross slope etc.

SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler , for safegaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034 : 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pumpset should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Direct connection shall not be permitted. Each terminal block shall be one piece moulded, barrier type, 650 volt grade, complete with washers, heads, studs with two nuts and identification strips and shall have adequate continuous current rating. For tap-offs, adjacent terminals with shorting strips shall be used. 10% Spare terminal blocks shall be provided. Wire identification on marking strip shall correspond to the designation of the wiring diagrams. All wire terminals on the equipment shall also be marked with designation corresponding to those of the wiring diagram. (e)All wiring shall be enclosed in plastic channels and neatly bunched and closed in metering chamber, Wiring between terminals of various devices shall be ‘point to point’ (no wire splitting or tee connections) with wires neatly trucked along the back of the panels, adequately supported to prevent sagging. (f)Floor mounted panel shall be mounted on Base frame of ISMC channel size 100 x 50 x 5 mm ( to be paid Extra ) (g) Tests: The insulation resistance (with 1000 V Megger) and High voltage Power frequency test (by applying a voltage of 2.5KV for one minute) shall be measured between phases, between phase and neutral and between phase and earth. both before and after high voltage power frequency test. The insulation resistance shall not be less than three megaohm. CT Secondary current injection test shall also be carried out. (h) only outer surface area on all sides shall be measured & panel to be fabricated only from CPRI approved fabricator only (CPRI Test certificates to be submitted)All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
