Earth work in excavation for all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement for all work up to plinth level .

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Reinforced cement concrete work of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Steel work with hot finished welded type tube in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing with Two or more coats of Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer (as per manufacturers specifications) applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Finishing walls with two or more coats of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet .80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m², fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of 25 mm nominal dia., having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve of 25 mm nominal bore with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end)

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, C.I. brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Single socketed pipes Rigid PVC rain water pipes of 110 mm diameter conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,

Providing and fixing trap Sand cast iron S&S as per IS: 3989 of self cleansing design 100 mm inlet and 100 mm outlet with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar workwelded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Painting two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
