MCEW(Cons) to Maintenance of Keerthinarayana Temple at Talakadu 2026-27

Provision for providing & Fixing of Information Boards of size 70cm x 90cm, with board- frame in ISA 25 x 25 x 5 mm, Board in GI Flat Sheet of 3mm thickness, the stand with ISA 75x 75x8 mm with a length 2.4 m length (0.90m overlapping with Board, 0.4m Below ground level), welding the all section properly and fixing the Board with base concreting ( 1:3:6) inside a pit of 30x30x 40 cm, painting all the sections with anticorrosive paint of approved brand and colour, Pasting Vinyl stickers of Suitable size with approved matter and colour pattern including the cost of all labour and Materials, transportation etc complete., as per the direction of the work-in-charge.

Provision for providing & Fixing of AMASR ACT Boards of size 180cm x 120 cm, with board- frame in ISA 25 x 25 x 5 mm, Board in GI Flat Sheet of 3mm thickness, the stand with ISA 75x 75x8 mm with a length 2.7 m length (0.120m overlapping with Board, 0.6m Below ground level), welding the all section properly and fixing the Board with base concreting ( 1:3:6) inside a pit of 30x30x 40 cm, painting all the sections with anticorrosive paint of approved brand and colour, Pasting Vinyl stickers of Suitable size with approved matter and colour pattern including the cost of all labour and Materials, transportation etc complete., as per the direction of the work-in-charge.

Provision for Carefully dismantling of dead / disintegrated / damaged weather proof coarse to an avg depth of 75 mm over the terrace and disposing the debris away from the monument area., complete including all necessary Charges etc complete

Provision for Water tightening of the terrace by providing 75 mm thick plastering the top with lime mortar in 1:2 curing etc., complete including using all necessary adhesive materials

Provision for providing PVC Board with Vinyl sticker of Suitable size for Existing CNB Granite Board with approved matter and colour pattern including the cost of all labour and Materials, transportation etc complete., as per the direction of the work-in-charge

Provision for clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Provision for Architectural Members/sculptures shifting away from all scattered places and storing near the Office store area as per requirment and as per direction of site incharge

Provision for purchase and supply of coir mats to provide around the monument during the summer season including stitching the sides and transportation transporting.

Providing and applying paint in two coats with plastic enamel paint of approved brand on the grill surface to give an even approved shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sandpaper smooth, cost of materials, labour, complete.
