Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan including all taxes, GST carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed & vibrated cement concrete M-20 (M-Twenty design mix) to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/square MM (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 Kg/Per cubic metre ( Three hundred twenty kilograme per cubic metre) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor all levels as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, GST carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Half brick masonry using second class common brunt building brick of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) curing complete including all taxes,GST and carriage of material, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) curing complete including all taxes,GST and carriage of material, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick panelled and glazed shutter with panel of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick both side preliminated water proof particle board made of Action Tesa/ Cantuary/ Kitlam / Green ply below lock rail and 6mm (six millimetre) thick glass panes of modi guard above lock rail in 2nd class deodar wood for door including bright finished / black enamelled iron but hinges with necessary screws complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes ,GST and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etcetra complete 250x16 mm (two hundred fifty into sixteen millimetre) including all taxes,GST and carriage of materials within all leads, liftsas per specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Painting two or more coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamle paint other than whire white including all taxes, GST ,carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as per specification as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes ,GST , carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

6mm (six millimetre) thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement isto three sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, GST , carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand)as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes ,GST , carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes ,GST , carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
