Note: (a) Srl Item No 13.00, 15.00, 28.00, 35.00 to 36.00, 47.00, 49.00 to 52.00, 54.00, 55.00, 58.00, 60.00 to 62.00, 64.00, 65.00, 68.00, 70.00, 71.00, 86.00 & 87.00 of BOQ are major items for the subject tender and material in respect of these items shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and produced before Engg in Charge alongwith original purchase vouchers as per direction of Garrison Engineer and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge that material in respect of above mentioned items have been submitted in the office of Engg in charge in their safe custody. (b) Materials in respect of Freakishly low declared items if any at the time of acceptance of contract shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and submit the same in the office of Engg in charge alongwith original purchase vouchers in their safe custody and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge.
