Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry or pointed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with, sub class 'B' bricks, old size, burnt clay bricks, laid flat and bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) in drains, channels, kerbs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in before but except bricks, complete all as specified and as directed. Note-(i) Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for cleaning of old bricks obtained from demolition.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition.)

Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, endings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal of sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and the like,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, manholes and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form, moulds, etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall bemeasured and paid separately)

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia (Grade Fe-500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm bore, ductile iron pipe (K-7), socket and spigot end as per IS:8329 with internal cement mortar linning and external bitumen coating for potable water supply with rubber ring joints including cost of rubber rings as per IS:5382 (1985), giving satisfactory hydraulic field testing and commissioning as per technical specification etc laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation and earth work & DI specials/fittings of the pipe shall be measured and paid separately).

Attending pipeline breakdown of CI/DI/GI pipe of 80/100/150/200mm dia by making lead joint with lead and spun yarn and moulding clay including takin up/down pipe using chain pulley or rope and excavation in any type of soil including returning filling and removal of soil and testing of pipe line, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Lead joint /titon joint/material/fitting/pipeline shall be measured and paid seperately.

Uprooting grass/weeds/plants up to 30cm depth by scrapping soil inorder to make free ground from all sort of vegetation and hand packing carefully by packing round pebbles approximately of size 20 to 40mm after carefully picking form heap of pebbles/stones, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of area around E/M installation and store yard by scraping the grass and creepers from roof and spraying grass killing chemical with spray gun, as per manufacturer's instructions for prevention of weeds and grass at surrounding of E/M sub station area, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading unslaked lime at E/M sub station area (approxmately 600 Sqm) to destroy the roots of grass and herbs, complete all as specified and directed.
