The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB-II guidelines and Comprising of followings:- (i) ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,multi cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving 50 BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 100 KVA(80 KW) at , 12 volt 180 Ah battery for auto start(as per manufacturer recommendations) complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system with electronic governor and Engine protection system(Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc and self starting system incl batteries etc complete. (ii)Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 100 KVA/ 80 KW, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through dynamically balanced flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications. (v) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M (vi) Diesel storage tank of capacity 180 Ltrs for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set. (vii) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

Manning & Operation of 33/11 KV main receiving installation comprising of HT control relay panel 33 & 11 KV, HT VCB Panel alongwith Transformer 2500 KVA - 02 Nos, GOD & DO fuse, CT, PT, Station Transformer, DG Set, LT Panel etc., fixing of burnt out HT/LT Fuse, all cables & joints alongwith all connected accessories including entering and maintenance of electrical reading of main incoming & outgoing feeder voltage, Ampere, power factor details etc. on hourly basis, ASEB breakdowns/load shedding/shutdown, MES breakdown/load shedding/shutdown in Register/documents, lodging electric complaint on phone and cleaning of complete yard/installation in all respects round the clock for 24 hours 3 shift per day including sunday and holiday, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge from time to time. (01 Skilled Electrician and 01 Helpers for each shift). Note :- 1. Manning and operation shall be operative for 24 months from certified date of completion of main work. 2. Funds for manning shall be met from maintenance Code Head (52/761/05). 3. Final bill shall be processed only after completion of Manning & Operation work.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-XV (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs. 819735.00 indicated in Tender as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
