Supply, install, commissioning and installation of distribution meter box indoor type, factory made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick with angle iron 30x30x2 mm complete with inside, outside powder coated independed housing for meters with transperent glass & rubber gasket packing with suitable size copper single/ two core wire for each control, cable gland, with 200 Amp rated TPN aluminium busbar (for outgoing) duly insulated (including self insulated) maintaining proper space for each busbar and grouting panel in wall etc and making good the disturbed surface complete including with arrangement and including taking down the existing metal/PVC box comprising for following fittings:- (i) MCCB TPN, 63 Amps ,16 KA - 01 No (For incoming) (ii) Amp Meter (0-100 Amp)- 01 Nos Make :AE (iii) Volts Meter (0-500 Volts ) - 01 No Make :AE (iv) Indicator Lamp set of three R,Y,B - 01 Set (v) ASS & VSS with CTs -02 Nos ( 01 Each) (vi) MCB SP 40 Amps, 230 volts - 04 Nos (For outgoing) (vii) Nutral bus bar link mounted on insulator. (viii) Place for fixing the energy meter. - 04 Nos Note :- Taking down and refixing of the electric meters is deemed to included in the quoted rate.

Taking down submain wiring of any size any type and in any position metalic/non metallic PVC conduit of wooden batten complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runx 6 Sqmm + 4 sqmm earth wire single core PVC insulated cable unseathed multistranded copper conductor LT 1100 volts grade FRLS cable IS-694 (ISI marked with valid CML No ) drawn in & including PVC conduit of dia not less than 25mm (ISI marked with valide CML No ) for concealed including its all fittings/accessoreis with one run single core copper cable 4 sqmm multistranded conductor ( ISI marked with valide CML No) colour code as a earth continuity and connecting upto DB with suitable lugs all as specifed and directed. Make of wire : Finolex, Plaza, Polycab & Make of conduit : Anchor, Modi, Presfit, Plaza.

S&F Earthing complete with galvanised steel earthplate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (0.5 metre beyond pit to main switch), PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armured electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core. Make of cable :- Finolex, Polycab, Gloster.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armured electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area size 25 Sqmm 4 Core. Make of cable :- Finolex, Polycab, Gloster.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and n' exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of excavated soil, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete.

Sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand free from sharp particles, gently punning around the cables complete.

Bricks, old size sub class `B' laid in trenches with width wise along the alignment of the cable as protection complete.

S&F tube 'Light' grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor of 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Tata, Swastik, Jindal
