Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Dismantling of Fencing Posts, strut (Wood or Steel or RCC) etc. of any section including taking out embeded portionin concrete, brick wk and masonry and making good disturbed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar,PCC bed blocks of mild steel posts, PCC coping/RCC Jalli etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level.

M&L for brick Work in CM 1:6 with Sub Class 'B burnt clay Bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6Mtr mean radius all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on any faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

S&F framed work, such as grills, gratings, steel post and struts in fencing incl drilling holes, notching for wire etc, including straining bolts, hold fasts, wall ties, clamps angle iron etc with end bar shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spike, framed guard bars, railing, frame work and similar work conforming to Fe - 410-O or Fe- 310-O , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire of any type

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

All as per srl item No. 9 here-in-before but fixing only except barbed wire retrived from item No. 8

Excavation in postholes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.5 cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface of any type of soil.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/granite slab including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for glazed ceramic joint free coloured/Stone finish/digital/printed/High lighter tiles in vertical surface 300x450x6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile , including laid over 10mm thick backing layer of cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L granite stone slab 20 mm thick machine cut , in skirting /dado and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing , including laid over 10mm thick backing layer of cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old finished surface of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot moulds, mass and efforescent salts and trading oil and greary spots and applying two coat of cement base paint complete.

M&L for preparing old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge ..

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge ..

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified or as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tile 25 cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick machine prerssed set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment as reqd (coloured made in PVC mould with vibration process) prelaminated for glossy finish over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as directed by Engr -in charge.

M&L for non abrasive paving (endura) cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x10mm thick machine pressed set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry 3Kg/sqm as in floor mixed with pigment to match the colour as in pavememnts laid over and incl 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 as in design pattern complete all as speciified.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM 1:3 including 20mm thick cement rendering in cm 1:6complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for providing precast RCC Jalli 25 mm thick(Measured solid), including all moulding type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking glossy coloured paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 & including laid over 25 mm thick sand cushioning bed complete all as specified. Note : Shapes of interlocking paver block shall be triangular/Zigzag/Haxagon/ or other Colour of paver blocks) 50% red and 50% yellow) & laying pattern approved by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out bushes at any height of the bldg and necessary scaffolding digging out roots old brick walls and filling holes with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and removing of roots/bushes to a distance n.exc 50m and clearing the sites complete all as directed

S&F Punched tape concertina coil fencing with concertina coil of 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq. mm incl securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wires, staples or pins etc incl taking out old worn out concertina in any position and in any height complete all as specified and directed

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 23,625.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
