Requiredf) The bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

Requiredg) The bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting/Vigilance litigation history.

Requiredh) The bidder shall supply sample of each type of bag in O/o Executive Engineer, Circle-18, KZ, GHMC.

Requirede) The bidder shall submit the IT Returns (AY : 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 acknowledgement copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience/Work order/LOA in providing Black colored LLDPE (Linear Low Density) Polythene garbage bags/semi-permanent white bags (approx.. 100% of estimated value) in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs for in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2022-23 , 2023-24 and 2024-25.

RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2022-23 ,2023-24 and 2024-25 with value of work as 4.91 Lakhs
