Dismantling of RCC works carefully manually without damaging adjacent structures excluding cutting of reinforcement including stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, valleys and gutter etc and stacking the material within 50 m lead. G.S Sheet / FRP Sheet / AC Sheet

Extra over initial depth for every additional Depth of 1.50 m or part thereof

Lead charges for lead exceeding 1 KM but Nost exceeding 2 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. (a) for soil

Supplying, Stacking and Laying of 150 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work at all levels using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Upto and including 32mm dia reinforcement: Using TMT bars of specified grades. TMT bars to be supplied by vendors using virgin materials.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequered Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. Including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. Including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by vendors as per Approved Vendor list of using virgin materials.

Providing and fixing at all levels MS bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements and as per specifications, drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer in charge.

Grouting below base plates of columns, equipments, around the foundation bolts, or locations as specified using pre-packed cementetious non-shrink grout (of approved brand & quality) including cleaning the base by water / compressed air, pre-soaking, shuttering / formwork, mixing, placing, curing etc. complete all as per manufacturer's guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Fabrication Erection of steel structure comprising of columns, Trusses, Runner purlins fixed on MS base plate using chemical anchor fasteners and installation of 902 grade tensile fabric of approved make fabric with 10 years warranty. The fixing of the fabric would be done using necessary GI bracket fixtures, Aluminium patti, self-tapping screws washers. The entire structure would be sand blasted and painting with 2 coat of Epoxy paint complete as per the design and drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge. etc. complete all taxes.
