Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of mild steel work such as in angle iron, flat iron fillets etc for horn, fencing post, securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary cuttings, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including 10mm MS bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required, as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete of fixing steel posts or other similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 22.50 cm long, diameter of neck n exc 12 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of 3mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of brick work/ PCC block masonry work built in cement mortar in manholes, septic tank, soakage wells etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in foundation bed concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Pre cast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slab etc and set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including taking out and removing broken existing manhole cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of TMT MS bar 8mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching of drain and similar work etc complete in foul conditions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, using old size bricks in foul conditions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 50mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) aggregate as in floor topping of hard standing/floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to paving, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for sand cushning 25mm thick for interlocking tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight courses, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Granite (of any Type) work table rubbed and polished 18-20 mm thick machine cut, in steps, jams, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in CM (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to macth with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Rounding the edge of stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platforms, and the other similar situation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only integrated water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer on new plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/ gates made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, nobs etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Note:- The quoted rate includes removing and refixing of manhole covers.

Note:- The quoted rate includes removing and refixing of manhole covers.

Desilting and cleaning of manhole chamber of any shape/size depth exceeding 0.6 Mtr but n exc 1.5Mtr by removing sludge/mud, silt, liquid etc (in foul condition to outside MD land premises including testing of manholes by filling with water), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: for ser item No 39 to 42:- (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, gum shoes, shovel and hand glouses etc complete.

Desilting and cleaning of manhole chamber of any shape/size depth exceeding 3 Mtr n.exc 4.5 mtr by removing sludge/mud, silt, liquid etc (in foul condition) to outside MD land premises by manual and mechanical means after stopping of sewage flow by sand bags, gunny bags and ensure the the flow by removing the same after cleaning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- The quoted rate includes removing and refixing of RCC manhole covers and works shall be carried out with all safety precautions.

Desludging/ dewatering, Cleaning of septic tank/manholes of any depth, including sludge by pumping out of sludge using mechanical equipment and transported by a vehicle of capacity 6000 Ltrs and removed outside MD land including cleaning off shrubs/bushes, vegetarian found around 2 Mtrs from external edge of septic tank and sludge chamber, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- The quoted rate includes removing and refixing of RCC manhole covers and works shall be carried out with all safety precautions.

Cleaning of sewage line blockage by rodding from manhole to manhole, Manhole to cleaning eye including that from first manhole to cleaning eye of down take pipe and removing all debris, sludge and solid material from sewage line and removal from site and well flushing with water after cleaning vertical pipe of following dia of pipes at any depth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Depth of line up to 3 Mtr and the dia of pipe as follows:-

M&L for 75 mm thick reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover bromatic slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement (Top surface will be chequered finish) including S&F 2mm thick CR sheet all around the cover with 2 coat of bitumen paint and two round sunk steel handle 12mm dia to surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: (i) TMT MS bars welded with 2mm thick CR sheet for making frame. (ii) Reinforcement (only TMT bars) shall be measured and paid separately)

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Note:- 1. The Minor complaint is required to be rectified by the contractor within 24 hours. If contractor fail to rectify the complaint within 24 hours, recovery shall be made from the contractor @ Rs 500/- per complaint up to 10 days and there after recovery of Rs 1000/- per day per complaint. 2. The Major complaint is required to be rectified by the contractor within 10 to 15 days. If contractor fail to rectify the complaint within 10 to 15 days, recovery shall be made from the contractor @ Rs 1000/- per complaint up to 20 days and there after recovery of Rs 2000/- per day per complaint.
