1.BIDDERS WILL HAVE TO BID WITH SPECIFIC BRAND/MAKE AND MUST BE BLW OEM OR AUTHORISED DEALER HAVING PAST PERFORMANCE FOR SAME/SIMILAR ITEMS IN INDIAN RAILWAYS OR OTHER GOVTMEMT DEPARTMENT. THIS IS LIMITED TENDER OVER BLW APPROVED SOURCES/AUTHORISED DEALERS . BIDDERS MUST HAVE TO TPI INSPECTION AGAINST OEM'S WTC AND GC ,OTHERWISE OFFERS WILL BE IGNORED IN TENDER.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

By TPI ( THIRD PARTY INSPECTION) AGAINST WTC (WORK TEST CERTIFICATE) AND GC ( GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE) OF OEM -APPROVED SOURCE.

Materials should be supplied in OEM packing.

Manufacturers identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartoons as per drawing/specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

Supplier must be either OEM or Authorised dealer/distributor of OEM. Firm has to submit Valid authorization certificate otherwise offer will be ignored.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents, the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

Previous experience (R Note or CRN) of supplying same type materials must be submitted.

GC/WTC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.

Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. ADMM/D/BGA/SDAH.

If FIRM fails to supply the material as per contract then an amount 5% of PO basic Value equivalent to SD will be imposed/Cut off from firm's pending bill as per Railway rules .

L.D Clause :- For delayed supplies, recovery of liquidated damage (LD) shall be levied at the (0.5%) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contract is 10%(Ten percent ) of the value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specially in the contract.

NABL approved Lab's Test/Calibration certificate is to be submitted at the time of material supply.
