M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers as 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 followed by 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with and including mixed with water proofing compound @3% of weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster on brick or stone wall or ceiling concrete etc., including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of WPC as specified.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and 1mm thick wall case putty with and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm with and including preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description, all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer with and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer and a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on walls with and including complete removal of existing treatment on wall with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot ,mould, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes & cracks with cement base putty and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed.
