Note for Item No 01 & 02 (01) :- The quoted amount is deemed to be included for all spare parts and repairs (other than mentioned in item No. 04 to 13 here-in-after) as required for the day to day maintenance and function of lifts in all respect completee all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (02):- The quoted amount is deemed to be included for carrying out inspection of Lifts by Govt Lift Inspector inluding load testing as per Lift Act for worthness certificate during the currency of contract agreement within first 03 months. (03) :- A record of repairs carried out in each visit of each lift installation to be maintained separately duly signed by Contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge. The maintenance certificate duly signed by Contractor and concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-charge separately for each lift every month. (04) :- The lift mechanic to collect the complaint register daily and on completion/ rectification of cmplaint the register will be updated and signed, The firm should provide suitable competent number of Skilled Lift mechnic for 24Hrs in cycle and if any lift gets sttruck/ block/unserviceble at site, within 30 minutes the lift mechanic should attend the complaint and the complaint to be resolved without any further delay. In case the problem could not be solved due to want of spares etc the matter to be informed to the contractor as well as to the concerned JE/ AGE E & M.

Material and labour for painting surface of car internally and externally and painting of 2 coats of Duco paint all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge. Notes :- The contractor shall maintain a register for lift breakdown duly recording time of receipt of complant and completion and quoted rates deemed to be including tools and plants required for attending complaints. Notes :- The rate deemed to be inclusive of checking/inspection of lift by auth inspector for worthness and load testing as per lift act and submit the report to Engineer in charge before the first payment of the contract.
