Design, supply , install, testing and commissioning (CPRI Approved) of factory made and tested outdoor type floor mounted LT panel board, cubicle type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar of rating 300 Amps for phases and half for neutral installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50 X 50 X 6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work (450 mm above the ground level and 450 mm below the ground level) and front and back opening with double door type of adequate size for housing LT switchgear and measuring instruments duly powder coated after seven tank process on both sides including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size but not less than 4.0 sq mm and comprising of followings:- CONTD....

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XI B (DESERT COOLER AND WATER COOLER)

Supply installation, commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage 40 ltr and nominal colling capacity of 40 litres per hour complete including connecting cord, PVC connection & Plug top handling connecting up with 20mm GI pipe med grade complete all as specified and directed. Note: The water cooler shall carry minimum 4 star rating as per Bereau of energy efficiency.

Supply and Installation and testing of Desert Coolers having nominal air flow capacity 4000 Cum/hrs, steel body fabricated with 22 SWG sheet, electric Driven (Single phase) 230 volts, AC, 3 Speed 1400 RPM, blade size 406/16 mm, 3 speed, 1400 RPM, 160 watt, 45 ltrs water tank capacity, motorised loures movement, top water inlet with pump & motor including fixing arrangement with angle iron 50x50x6mm bracket & suitable size of ply wood work and water connection with stop cock valve complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 140V to 270V with output voltage stablized between 220V to 240V wiyh accuracy of +/- 2.5%, with low and high voltage cut off system, overload protection and time delay relay 2 minutes device suitable for water cooler and of capacity 1.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII B (SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system suitable for inlet water with chlorine and fluoride content up to 100 PPM and comprising of solar flat plate collector, collector stand assembly, stainless steel insulated hot water storage tank with heat exchanger of 100 liters per day capacity with electric back up ,with collector "A" size aluminium box collector and comprising of following: CONTD....

Cover plate shall be toughened glass confirming t o IS:12933 (Part-1) -1992 with amendment no 1&2, Collector box shall be made of aluminium sheet, Type , grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS:12933 (Part -1) -1992 with amendment no 1&2,. Sheet for absorver shall be made of copper, Type, grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS: 12933 (Part -1) -1992 with amendment no 1&2,. Absorber shall be made of copper, Type , grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS:12933 (Part-1) -1992 with amendment no 1&2,.Collector box insulation shall confirm to Type , grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS:12933 (Part-2, Section V) -1992 with amendment no 1&2, Gaskets and gourmets shall confirm to IS-12933 (Paret-2, Section VI) -1992 with amendment no 1 &2, CONTD....

(b) Insulated stainless steel Hot water storage tank non pressure type made of stainless steel grade 04 Cr 18 NI or 07 Cr 18 NI of IS 1570(Part 3)-1985, TIG welded of 100 liters capacity, nonmagnetic tank with stainless steel fittings with following specifications - 01 No. Shall be insulated with 40 mm thermal grade PU insulation with FRP Cladding , Tank stand assembly shall be made of angle of size 38X38X4mm duly pretreated and stove enameled with black colour paint (c) Provisions of electrical back up with minimum 2 KW heating element including providing one no 16 Amps MCB 9 KA rupturing capacity in sub-main distribution board (Catered in schedule of internal electrification) and providing electric connection in rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit with 4 Sq mm single core, stranded aluminium conductor, PVC insulated wire from outlet of MCB to electrical back up with connected accessories-one job. The solar water heating system shall be provided on roof of single/double storey building. The electrical back up connection shall be tapped from sub main board provided at ground floor. CONTD....

(d) Heat exchanger shall be cage type and make of stainless steel tube of grade 04 Cr18NI or 07 18 NI of IS 1570(Part 5) -1885 (e) All other pipe/civil work, steel staging work for PVC tank, electrical work, outlet and inlet thermometer, Air release valves, check valves gate valves controls and instruments etc all as required shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. System internal piping shall be ISI marked GI pipe medium class of IS:1239 duly insulated with 50 mm thick rock wool of 48 Kg/M3 density and26 SWG Al cladding. Notes: 1. The system shall be tested on completion to ensure that 100/200/300(as specified) liters of water at 60 degree centigrade is available in hot water tank on a normal day in cold season. 2. General purpose overhead tank shall be provided at roof 3 M above roof level as catered for in building drawings and schedule. CONTD....

3. Normal water pipes and accessories from the normal water over head tank to inlet of plate collector shall be measured and paid for separately.
