Pre-Fabricated Classroom of size 30’x40’ made up of steel structure and PUF panels in wall as per Drawing attached and technical specifications given below. The main and partition walls will be made up of 60mm thick Puff insulated panels. The false ceiling will be provided with Puff insulated panels as specified below. Roof covering will be provided with 0.63 mm thick colour coated steel sheets.Design parameters.(a) Seismic zone - zone V (b) Snow load - 1.0 m standing on roof (c) Wind speed - 55 m/s (as per IS-875) (d) Temperature - (-) 40 to (+) 50 c (e) Roof slope - 1:2

The steel structure for the shelters built up in Truss Purlin, Rafter, Column made up of ISI mark as per ISI as per IS-4923-1968 with manufacturers test certificate for raw material and structural properties

a) COULUMN:-The main columns (12No’s) will be made out of RHS section of size 122x61x3.60 mm conforming to IS 4923:1997. Ms Base plate of size 250x250x8 mm and top plate of size 200x150x8 mm will be welded to the columns, All top and base plates will be pre-drilled with 4 Nos 18 mm dia holes. Base plates will be provided with 4 Nos 16 mm dia 450 mm long holding down bolts each, while top plates will be provided with 4 Nos 16 mm dia normal bolts

b) RAFTER Made up of RHS section of size 96x48x4mm thick with MS plate of size 200x150x6 mm thick welded to both ends of rafter. MS plates will be provided with 04 nos holes of 18 mm dia to join with principal rafter plate (c) TRUSS The principal rafter and the bottom chord will be fabricated out of RH steel sections of size 96x48x4 mm. All other structure members will be fabricated out of RH steel sections of size 66x33x2.90mm (4.07 kg/Rm) (d) PURLIN The purlins (10nos) will be fabricated out of RH steel sections of size 96x48x4mm with 6 mm thick cleats welded at both the ends

Sunshade Suitable sunshades made out of 0.63 mm thick colour coated steel sheets fixed with angle iron frame of ISA 40X40X5MM (3.0KG/Rm) will be provided to all external windows and doors. The minimum projection for the sunshades will be 450 mm for window and 600mm for doors and 300 mm wider than the width of the opening.

a. The roof will be provided with 0.63mm thick colour coated steel profile sheets. Sheets covering will be fixed with using hot dip zinc coated self drilling hexagonal washer head fasteners. The sheets shall be laid with minimum end and side lap of 150mm. Ridge shall be covered by 0.63 mm thick colour coated steel sheet.

b. Roof Projection. The roof will have minimum projection 450 mm all around. Purlins will also be extended in the roof at the eaves

WALL PANEL: (a) The walls will be made up of 60 mm thick wall panels. The panels will be made of 0.50 mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 60 mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg +- 2Kg/Cum) insulation. The wall panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of India Standard specification. Base and Top channel of size 30 x 65 x 1.25 mm thick will be provided for fixing of wall panels.The PUF insulation material in the panel will have fire retarding and self extinguishing properties

CEILING: P/F of (Acoustics ceiling) GIP board fiber square pipe with 24mm grid section for ceiling of size 595x595x15mm thick is to be installed on frame work of Acoustics sktel (concealed grid system to be used ) which will comprise of NRC 1base panel with humidity resistance of 90% RH & light reflectance up to 85% with lead points green performance certified fiber 15mm for ceiling tile rating for flame test with complete framework of skillet as per installation with cove design all complete job

(c) Openings: Doors: Three Numbers aluminium doors of size 1100x2100mm shall be provided with each shelter as per drawing Windows: Six numbers windows of size 1175 x 1175 mm aluminium anodized of extrusions powder colour coated aluminium section three tracks with three sliding shutters

CIVIL WORK:

Earth work in excavation in all Kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to

Supplying /filling dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors including all leads, lifts and all carriages upto site of work complete

P/L of cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm N/size agg. In foundation /plinth excluding cost of shuttering complete job

Centering and shuttering including strutting ,propping etc. and removal of form work for: foundation, footing ,bases for columns

P/L cement concerted flooring in 1:2:4 mix with nominal size 20mm aggregate. with proper curing and all carriages complete job

Supply and filling of Nallahmuckh

15mm thick cement Plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mix

P/L of vitrified floor tiles of size 60x60 cm with water absorption less than 0.08% &confirming to IS:15622 of approved make &colour laid 0n 20mm thick cement motor including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigment complete job(60x60cm) Kajaria, Somany or equivalent

CONSTRUCTION OF SOAKAGE/SEPTIC TANK with all fittings Complete Job
