Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in floors or pavings n. exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded aggr) as in level course finished even and rough with out using extra cemet.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:6)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work, table rubbed mirror and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like bedded over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admisture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for pre-polished machine cut Kota stone single piece as in stair case tread, riser & skriting 20-25mm thick laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, bull noseing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Single stone piece on tread & riser with nosing one side shall be provided.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick mirror polished machine cut kota stone as in flooring, skriting and simiar work over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as per item 7 above but except kota stone. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mirror polishing on existing kota stone flooring using mechanical type kota stone polishing machine to give high gloss finish including all type of grinding blade/beat & wax polish. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any descrition and in any position not otherwise specifially provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate, with reinforced as required) as in baluster, apex stones, pier caps, columns , posts of balcony and similar work set in cement mortar 1:4 and finish smooth with using putty and two coats of weather. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantaling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles size 300 X 450 X 7-8mm thick on vertical surface over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 (Brick coarse aggregate) filling as in sunken floor / sub base of flooring and similar work including demolition of existing sunkun floor and similar work. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.30 ltr/Sqm including cleaning the surfaces thoroughly from dust and dirt and lay water proofing treatment with felt having glass fiber non woven reinforcement and weighing 3.0 Kgs/Sqm to 4.0 Kgs/Sqm in 100mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bonding and applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm on top of felt on surface (bottom and vertical) as in sunken floor and similar work. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)

S&F in repair High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) 40mm bore of pressure rating 6kg/cm2 fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Taking down existing roof treatment any thickness including plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cuting & up rooting tree roots/Vegitation growth & removing the debris from the premises out side from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3 Nominal mix concrete type A1 ( Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in lavel course on roof, roof flooring, mass concrete and similar work, finish even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in paving/plinth protection in bitumen filler/mastic filling Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks, concrete or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M/L rendering 15mm thick on concrete surface or brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement similar work up to G+1 height of the bldg. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on walls, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement similar work .complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surface such as roof projection, chajja, fin & ceiling and similar work up to G+1 height of the bldg, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surface and providing 1.5mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for prepration of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, anti fungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over one coat of alkali primer all as per manufacturs instructions incl necessary scaffolding writing letters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Prepration on new plastered or unplastered ceiling surface and applying three coat of white wash up to G+1 height of the bldg. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame ) area not exc 1.5 Sqm Each incl iron mangery complete.

S&F powder coated aluminium window with shutter , the size of outer frame three track 100 x 37x 1.50mm thick ( using two track for glazed window shutter and one track for wire gauged ) , the section shutter size 37x 18x 1.2mm thick and glazing with 5 mm thick Transparency glass of poly carbone including all-around suitable rubber gasket and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm and fixed on aluminum flat and inserted in the frame of shutter with tracking arrangement each sliding window shall be provided with one number handle including locking arrangement & 2 numbers’s sliding rollers of nylon with including powder coated aluminium grill and all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F fixed type powder coated aluminium ventilators with provision of bottom panel in fixed glazing of 3mm thick tinted glass and top shutter shall be provided with 2 nos aluminum 75mm long hinge at upper side with 3mm thick sheet glass including 4 mm dia stainless steel 2 Nos stay, Powder coated tower bolt 100mm long 1 Nos, Powder coated aluminium grill with aluminium chanel including 0.36mm dia stainless steel wire cloth and average aperture 1.4mm and all necessary fittings arrangement complete using aluminium section 100x44.45x1.5mm thick etc in frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium window with upper panel shutter shall be openable inclding aluminium powder coated guard bar and fix type stainless steel wire mess and provision of 02 Nos glass shutter openable at lower portion of window for cooler provision , shall be provided with 4 nos aluminum 75mm long hinge with 5mm thick tinted/plain sheet glass 4 Nos powder coated tower bolt 100mm long all necessary fittings arrangement complete using aluminium frame section of window 63.5x38x1.5mm thick and shutter frame section 37x18x1.2mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC moulded door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing all as directed

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style)consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail ; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

M&L for scraping out loose motar/concrete by chiseling/ wire brushing complete on ceiling, column/beam, roof projection and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene soulution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/S Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacture instructions providing and fixing of wire mesh of weight 2.5 Kg per Sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' recommended by the manufacture with gunitting machine at a pressure not less than 5Kg/Sqcm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using liquid integral water proofing compound up to G+1 buld(complast 'X' 421 from M/S Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/S Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) in the proportion recommended by the manfacture complete all as specifed and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all chemicals, wiremesh etc. as specified above.
