Material and labour Racking out existing filling in expansion, construction and dummy joints of width exceeding 08 mm but not exceeding 12 mm and required depth as specified by special tools like concrete cutter, wire/coir brushes/machines and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, making free from all the loose material i.e. dirt, dust, grease existing sealing compound, filler board (as required) including stacked material of existing compound racked upto full depth (upto 40mm) of joints etc to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and filling the joint with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means with depth of joint sealing compound not less than 13mm (depth minimum above the backup rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) = 30% confirming to the requirement of BS-5212 and EN- 141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ water resistance test including two coats of primer and filing the balance racked depth of joint with backup material i.e closed cell polyethylene to ensure tight packing, so that no gaps or void exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size HD 100 filler board in position where required and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces to give a neat finish to the sealant and remove the masking tape after sealant is applied as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour repair to top out spelled joints, broken corners and pot holes in concrete slab by chiselling/ mechanical cutter to provide regular prismatic cavity with sides perpendicular and cleaning off all loose or broken materials to a distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 100 metre. Cleaning and washing the surface and application of surface treatment with Epoxy, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour repair to pot holes depth and girth upto 25mm in concrete slab. Cleaning the potholes with electric blower to remove the dust particles and applying primer properly and leave 30 minutes for settle down and fill with elastomeric concrete as per manufacturer instructions and compacted with tools, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour out old sealing compound 10-15 mm wide and 20-25 deep from filled in expansion/ construction joints of rigid concrete pavements/ bituminious, cleaning the joints with wire brushes and fanning with compressed air removing the spoil and applying 'RUNPHALT' bitumen material after applying RUNPHALT bitumen material the joint to be covered with 'SUREBOND' sealing tap, complete all as specified and as directed.
