Material and Labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm, exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep and stacking for removing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS-383, size of aggregate not exceeding 40 mm (grading and other parameters as specified) design mix, minimum cement content not less than 150 Kg per Cum of concrete, compressive strength not less than 10 MPa at 7 days, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid with sensor paver over a prepared base including spreading and compacting (using double drum smooth wheel 80 to 120 KN static vibratory roller) including rolling complete by power roller exc 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne and necessary form work and finishing etc, proportioning of the material of mix as per clause 601.3 of MORTH specicfications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 150 micron polythene film black, laid properly in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 180mm thick design mix cement concrete work in Pavement/hardstanding of flexural strength 40 kg/Sqcm in field using cement not less than 400 kg/Cum including laying at site spreading and compacting machanically by using vibratory needle, levelling to required slope/camber, finishing with required texture, and steel formwork sith sturdy M.S Channel sections, curing as specified for better strength complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix through IITs/NITs/Gov Institute/Govt approved Lab. (ii) The design of concrete mix shall be carried out considering flexural strength not less than 40 Kg/sqcm. (iii) The contractor shall be first got approved the batching plant by GE before placing order.

Material and labour for finishing surfaces of concrete pavements/road by tining in longitudinal or transverse direction by means of metal rake across the surface to create grooves complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming 25mm thick expansion joint filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade 'A' confirming to IS 1834 making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, thickness of conrete slab 180mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Make of sealing compound Grade 'A' is ShailTex of M/S STP limited, MARUTI SEAL BS of M/S Maruti Bitumen and equivalent in M/S Fosroc, M/S Sika.

Material and labour for forming contraction (dummy) joint 50 mm deep and 10 mm wide and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' conforming to IS: 1834 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Make of sealing compound Grade 'A' is ShailTex of M/S STP limited, MARUTI SEAL BS of M/S Maruti Bitumen and equivalent in M/S Fosroc, M/S Sika.

Material and labour for granular sub base 150 mm thick (spread thickness) with kankar or laterite, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified.

Material and labour for water bound macadam, 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers 50mm thick each with granite trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified. NOTE:- Both the layers of 50mm WBM (compacted thickness) shall be measured and paid as one unit only.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement by applying thermoplastic paint confirming to IS - 164 (5 kg/sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms), 2mm to 2.5mm thick and 10 cm/ 15 cm wide strips on concrete road surface and road marking by hot mechanical process with road marking machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class B, including embedding bricks in ground to depth indicated and tamping ground around bricks and removal of surplus soil to outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars of any dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
