Part A:- General Maintenance
Attending complaints as and when required relate to the LPG pipeline. (A) Repairing, replacement of all fittings etc (material required will be supplied by the department). (B) Cleaning of all pipelines at least twice in a month of all hostel kitchen. (C) Sealing of any leakage in pipeline. (D) Maintaing the safety of gas bank (cylinder storage area)
Part B:- Supply and installation of items
Providing, refitting & refixing of 1/2" LPG pipeline including gas manifold of GAS Bank as per specification including all material and overhauling (seamless pipe 1/2", adopter, non return valve, dygrolic punch, pressure meter, socket, clamp, quick safety valve (QSV), Bull nose set, Bend, elbow, Needle control valve (NCV), hydrolic Punch 5', pressure control Regulator, Angle, Patti, Blade colur, Thinner Brush, welding machine, transportation and fooding, labour expenses, etc) as per direction of engineer in charge to his satisfaction. ISI or better
Supply and installation of LPG Gas Regulator ,ISI or better
Supply and installation of Rubber Gas pipe with LPG Non Return Valve per mtr ,ISI or better
Gasket for gas pipeline joining, ISI or better
Supply and installation of 25 mm (High Pressure ) adjustable pressure control regulator LPG ,ISI or better
