Part A-Sewage Pumping Stations( SPS)

NS Tapping of outfall of sewage &Design, drawing, construction of Main Sewage Pumping stations as detailed below consisting of extension of existing sewer to MPS, inlet chamber with sluice gate, screening chamber with screens, collecting tank, DI double flanged delivery pipe , NRVs, dismantling pieces, gate valves, header pipe , specials, lifting arrangement with RS joist & chain pullet block along with supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of non- clog sewage submersible pumping sets fitted with efficient motor , mechanical seal, thermal & moisture sensors, suspension device, auto coupling bracket, 6 m guide pipe, panel, panel room, Genset, all other building , electrical, mechanical, civil works complete in all respect as per scope of work & specification. and Operation and maintenance cost for MPS and all other works created under the contract for 5 years as well as for defect liability period of 12 months which includes basic service charges having expenditure and expenses required to be incurred on labour, repair and / or replacement of materials, equipments, consumable items, water and all other matters and items of what so ever nature, essential and desirable to run the system satisfactory, Administration and Management, Running of Office, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, Consumables as per Scope of Work & terms and conditions of contract etc. complete.(This is excluding electric power cost of which shall be borne by the department & high speed diesel which shall be reimbursed to agency by the department as per actual consumption against proof). Note: O&M cost will be considered as 30% of Quoted rate against this item Bajghera - 2 MLD (average discharge, PF =3)

Part B-Sewage Treatment Plants( STPs)

NS Part C- DI (K-9) cement lined pipe alongwith O&M for 5 years and 1 year DLP

A) Supply, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and commissioning of DI/K-9 cement lined pipe including excavation i) For carrying pumped untreated effluent from MPS to STP via 200 mm i/d

B) For disposal of treated water outside the campus of the STPs to nearest Master road via 200 mm i/d

NS Part D-Campus Development Work Alongwith O&M for 5 years and 1 year DLP

(i) Boundary wall with SS grill, and required nos. of steel gates/wicket gates etc.With load bearing brick wall and plastering on either side and with /without intermediate columns and plinth beams

(ii) Land development for levelling

(iii) Road pavement 3.75m wide with 80mm thick CC interlocking tiles as per specifications

(iv) Storm water drain

(v) Horticulture operation

(vi) Sign board
