Manufacturing ,Providing and erecting canopy type cabin without flooring for Central Drive Unit of 20 MT Capacity Hoisting arrangement for Radial Gate of size 12x5.5 mtr -18 Nos

Size cleaning and dismantling of roller type gate leaf of size 12x1.2 mtr and hoist assembly, hoist lifting the same up to platform for repair work and lowering on seal beam. Complete job with cost of material, sundry material and labour charges of service gate assly at LBC 2 Nos and RBC 2Nos outlet of Manjra project.

Manufacturing and Erection of Outlet gate roller type with bush in the roller-gate –leaf Manufacturing, Erection, Commissioning and testing At LBC 2 Nos and RBC 2 Nos of Manjra project.

Manufacturing and fitting of guide bracket to stem rod of service gate of size 1.2x1.2m – 2 nos and Hoist assembly @ LBC and RBC of Manjra project

Providing under water diving services for inspection of E.G. slot cleaning and sealing leakage through emergency gate and by pass valve arrangement service gate @ LBC and RBC of Manjra project

Repairs and Strenghting to the well ladder to service gate and applying anticorrosive painting @ LBC and RBC of Manjra project

Repairs and Strenghting to the railing around the EG gate and applying anticorrosive painting to EG hoist gantry, guide tee EG hoist and railing @ LBC and RBC of Manjra project

Site Cleaning and dismantling of roller type gate leaf of size 0.9x0.9mtr and hoist assembly 1 no hoist lifting the same up to platform for repair work and lowering on seal beam. Complete job with cost of material, sundry material and labour charges of River Sluice gate assembly at Manjra project.

Manufacturing and Erection of service gate roller type with bush in the roller –gate leaf of size0.9x0.9m. Manufacturing and Erection, commissioning and testing at river sluice of Manjra Project.

Removing damaged stem rod and fitting new, Manufacturing and fitting of guide bracket to stem rod, Manufacturing and erection of approach ladders, Manufacturing and erection of intermediate platforms of service gate of size 0.9x0.9m-1 no. and hoist assembly at service gate of river sluice of Manjra Project.

Removing old damaged rubber seal, wire rope and fitting new, providing Storing arrangement For EG and applying anticorrosive painting to EG hoist gantry, guide tee EG hoist and ralling at EG of River sluice of Majra Project

Providing and applying anticorrosive painting to Upstream side (18 Gate) downstream side (12 Gates) of Radial Gate and its adjacent parts of size 12x5.5m 18 Nos at Manjra Project

Dismantling of damage wire rope, wire rope socket of 20 MT cap hoist -1 No. Fixing new wire rope confirming to IS 2266. Into wire rope socket confirming to IS 2485, by zinc ( IS 209) pouring and carrying load test. Applying cardium compound (servo coat 140 ) with satisfactory test and trial . Complete job with material ,sundry material and labour charges at Manjra project Dhanegaon

Dismantling of old damaged side rubber seal from gate leaf of R.G.12 x 5.5 m 1 No. supplying and fitting new L type side rubber seal confirming to IS 11855- 1986 (updated) and G.I. bolt with double washer including cost of material , labour , machining sundry material etc complete at Manjra project Dhanegaon

Dismantling of old damaged Bottom rubber seal from get leaf of R.G. 12 x 5.5 m 1 No. supplying and fitting flat type bottom rubber seal conforming to IS 11855 -1986 (Updated) and G.I. bolt with double washer including cost of material, labour , machining sundry material etc complete at Manjra project Dhanegaon

Dismantling of old electromagnetic brake from 20T cap Hoist of R.G. 12 x 5.5 m 1 No. supplying new hydraulic Thruster break and fitting labour, sundry material etc complete at Manjra project Dhanegaon
