Providing Pre - construction Anti - termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam and below the ground level as well as outside all-round the building at plinth level etc as per the instructions of manufacturer and as directed by the Client / departmental officers. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The work should be carried out by an approved and registered specialist pest control agency only. Tenderer to furnish the name of the proposed specialist firm. A 10 years post application guarantee against defects shall be furnished by the main Contractor. Note : Horizontal plan area at ground floor level of the building will be measured and paid. The chemical to be used for the treatment and concentration of the chemical solutions should be as laid down in IS - 6313 Part II.as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Client / departmental officers.

The construction procedure of the shutter should be as per IS 2202. The shutter shall be shop prepared for taking mortice lock or latches suitable lock block of wood may be provided for fixing the hardware. The size of block, shall perfectly correspond to the maximum size of lock, covered in IS 2209. All the four edges of the door shutter shall be square. The shutter shall be free from twist or warp in its plane and of required size etc. complete as directed. The both side door shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved color and pattern. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.
Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification.
Retaining wall/ UG tank wall (outside) Waterproofing with SBS Membrane Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Retaining wall, water retaining structures outside with fully bonded 1.6mm Thick SBS modified self-adhesive, cross laminated HDPE lining waterproofing membrane, conforming to IS 16471:2017 Type A, requirements of UG waterproofing structures, The SBS membrane shall have Mass per Unit Area > 1.8 Kg/m2 as per ASTM D 5147, Puncture resistance > 200 N as per ASTM E 154, Elongation > 180% as per ASTM D 412-06, Tensile Strength > 4 Mpa as per ASTM D 412- 06, Tear resistance > 20 N/mm as per ASTM D 4073, Hydrostatic pressure > 50M as per DIN 1048.
