Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, shelves and similar suspended work, including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removal of debris , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour, reinforced cement concrete , 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams etc, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material and labour, high strength deformed bar TMT bars 8-10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 5mm and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and directed.

Use and waste, form work to flat surfaces of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab, landing, shelves etc not exceeding 200mm thick, including edges in any position, rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.0kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of oil bound bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc having 75mm side lap joint and 100m end lap joint after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, and finally applying two coat of bituminous aluminum paint over APP membrane, includig taking down complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls of built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete area exc. 150sqcm but not exc. 400 Sqcm and making good dismantelled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting chases in stone concrete block or slab walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, hips , valley gutters, drip and straight flashing(length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 3mm thick FRP coloured roofing sheet, transparent, cut to size, fixed in steel frame with self tapping screws / coach screws complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe.290.Gde-E-165,complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riverted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raillings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix, bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour : (i) Removing loose and broken concrete by chiseling / mechanically etc up to a depth of 40mm from soffit of slab, column, beam, chajja and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and fixing new reinforement for strengthen the member as required and remove dust /dirt/other foreign article etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) Supply and applying IPH RB-107 polymer based rust -remover(pH value-12) and applying IPH RB-167 Polymer based rust preventive (pH value-9) to all exposed reinforcement bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (iii) Supply and applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 40mm average thickness in CM 1:3 on guniting surface duly mixing polymer modified 'Nitoband AR' of make : M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd@ 10 Ltr per bag of cement or equivalent in Harjas Coatings & polymers @ 5% by wt of cement or equivalent make in Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries complete finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions. NOTE : (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separtely. (ii) Quoted Unit rate demmed to inclusive of scaffolding.

Material and labour for welded steel wire fabric, fixed complete to steel members , Weight per square metre n.exc 4Kg metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. (Cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where ordered. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 (min. compressive strength 100Kg/sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour, 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, including taking down old cement plaster and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Note : (i) Only weight of the aluminium sections shall be measured and paid. (ii) Glass panes and wire gauge shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. Material and labour 12mm thick pre laminated particle board , interior grade, pre laminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed to aluminum frame work etc, complete all as specified and directed .
