(v) Apply two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as approved by GE over base coat as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides upto finished floor level + 100mm height the thickness of two layers shall be 1mm, when the second layer in still sticky. coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of this sunken portion.
