Providing,& applying post construction antitermite treatment by drilling 12mm dia holes at adistance of 30 cm at junction of wall & nfloor about 300mm dia apart deep enough to reach the soil below & chemical emulsion primise imdidachlo pried 30.5 of sc of bayer make mixed with 47.5lt water pumped these holes to soak the soil@ 1 liter solution in each holes as per manufacture of specification & the hole shoude be plucghed with filling materials including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for removal of cement plaster including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in lintel having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips where 20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in – charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in SS using fly ash bricks of size (25 X 12 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over rough surfaces of brick masonry walls c with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
