Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @5 kgs/10 sqm using paving bitumen VG -10 confirming to IS-73:2006 on black top surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

Bituminous pre-mixed asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG 10, spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tone power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Automatic hot mixing plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregate, bitumen etc for premix semi dense asphaltic concrete and mix for both items shall be laid with mechanical pavers. (ii) Quantity of bitumen in semi dense asphaltic conerete shall be used as per design mix and shall be approved by the GE, Any variation in quantity of bitumen in desing mix shall be priced as particular specification through deviation order. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of desing mix.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sqmm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqmm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqmm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as speicifed.

Premix bituminious macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content 4% using paving bitumen VG-10 by weight of total mix & rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber, gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic themoplastic paint applicator machine,fitted shoe, gum beds dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials labour T & P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete as per specified and directed and stricly in accordingly to applicator specificaitons.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains fixed in repair complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, fixed in repair complete all as specified.

Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), 100 mm thick subbase complete all as specified.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

Coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment,etc complete all as specified.

Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shell (100% water proofing design ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified.

ABS plastic speed breaker of yellow and black colour of size 250mmx350mmx75mm with reflector in each piece having load capacity 70 ton, including fixing on road by bolts/fastners complete all as specified and directed.
