Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated) in roofing including ridges etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roofs walls etc fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook bolt etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roofs walls etc fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook bolt etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with 'L' or ‘J’ type hooks & bolts etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated / mangalore pattern steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in any position framed / unframed works as in purlin or rafter truss etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix Rolled sections of grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in main and cross beams, columns, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 incl a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with fly ash modular bricks, in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using integral water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of White wash on new wall surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. with size of grid 605 x 605 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) Note: Frame work for ceiling shall be measured & paid seperately.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including snap grid frame work, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix 3.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix 3.00 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified & directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips, complete all as specified & directed.
