15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in two coats i.e. 1st coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) as a backing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with PIDI PROOF LW compound @ 200ml per bag and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of liquid water proofing compound (PIDI PROOF LW) shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound conforming complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down vegetation growths like plants/ trees of girth n. exc. 15cm from roof tops/ parapet walls, external walls of buildings, chajjas, wall junctions at junctions of rain water/ CI waste water pipe junctions in buildings/ structures upto a height of 10m including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/ slab surfaces including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints of affected locations and applying TUFALO chemical or equivalent chemicals to arrest further growth and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or in cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in cement mortar (1:4) and plastering with cement mortar (1:4) and treating the surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffolding/ staging etc. as necessary to execute the work (ii) Existing CI/ AC/ PVC specials if any damaged during execution of work shall be replaced with new one to ensure leak/ seepage free joint. The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be include the cost of replacement of specials.

Chipping of loose concrete, carefully broken plastering in Chajjas, ceiling, fins and facias and applying one coat of rust remover using DR FIXIT or equivalent rust remover and applying one coat of DR FIXING PIDICRETE or equivalent concrete MPB bonding agent and rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two coats of 10mm each as in repairs of chajjas, ceiling, fins, etc. including finishing with three coats of white wash/ or two coats of cement based paint to match with existing surfaces after preparation of surface upto a height of 10m from ground level complete all as specified and as directed.
