NOTE : 1.Gas Cutting set with DA-Oxygen gas and welding machine & welding electrodes, Nut-Bolts etc. of required length to be supplied by contractor as per instruction of Engineer-in-chagre . 2. Vehicle and crane for loading , unloading & shifting of pump-motor set only will be provided by department. 3,Safety gadgets, Tools & tackles for manpower will be provided by contractor. 4.MS/ GI pipes , Flanges will be provided by SECL. 5.All supply items will be inspected by Foreman inchagre / Engineer in charge before installtion /fixing.

Dismantling & shifting of pump motor set from bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe (10"/ 8"/ 6" dia as required) etc.

Shifting of starter panels, cables, lighting panel including handling from strore/ workshop to site, manually loading & unloading works, end preparation, fitting of lugs, cable connection at pole, starter, motor ends including earth clamp & cable glands etc.

Installation of pump motor set on bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe (10"/ 8"/ 6" dia as required) etc.

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty Non return valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 150 mm dia

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty Non return valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 200 mm dia

Supply and Fixing of bypass arrangment in NRV. Scope includes providing of 2"/3" Valve,GT,sluice, 2" /3" pipes, nipple & elbow by contractor as required

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty Foot valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required and 150 mm dia.
