Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21.00 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia inserting, spacers and binders

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in panels including finishing the concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass fillings for posts/ struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back 550 x 400mm including one number brass CP waste coupling, 32mm dia, PVC waste pipe with connector, brackets 2 numbers including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white including plastic water closet sheet cover white, closed pattern with flat bottom, with mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device including mild steel chromium plated jet fixed to water closet with 415mm to 445mm long flexible pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:4) as in landing, manholes cover slabs, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces, including champers, weatherings, throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n. exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each door/ window complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead joint fixed in cement concrete type (1:2:4) type B-1 diameter of outlet 75mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed complete all as specified and directed
