SUB HEAD-A: Operation & Maintenance Periodical Maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical installations involving operation, repairs and maintenance, attending to complaints/faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents etc under this contract on all working days including saturdays,Sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions by supplying to following minimum number of man power. (a) Supervisor -Highly Skilled - 06 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for substation and 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for New terminal Building , Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). (b) Electrician - Skilled - 07 Nos. (ie 01 No. in general shift for preventive maintenance on all days in every week for New Terminal building,01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for New terminal Building & 01 No. round the clock on all working days including Sunday and holiday for Substation , Reliever shall be provided on weekly off,). (c) Wireman - Semi skilled - 03 Nos. ( i.e 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for New Terminal Building , Releiver shall be provided on weekly off. (d) Lift/escalator operator - Semi Skilled - 08 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for domestic SHA &01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for domestic arrival and 01 number in general shift for international arrival and 01 number in general shift for international departure, Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off). (e) Helper - Unskilled - 07 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. in general shift for preventive maintenance on all days in every week for New Terminal building,01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for New terminal Building & 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for substation , Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).

SUB HEAD-B: Misc. R&M Works Painting of 10 mtr high, MS car parking light poles after scrapping existing paint with emery/sand paper, applying primer on rusted part of pole, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour to get a smooch surface and even shade,numbering etc complete as required.

Painting upto 3 mtr high, MS poles/Channel etc (installed for signages) after scrapping existing paint with emery/sand paper, applying primer, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour to get a smooch surface and even shade etc complete as required.

Spray Painting of sheet metal enclosures such as feeder pillars, distribution boards, Electrical panels,Fire Hydrant Box with two coats of approved paint & shade including cleaning of surface, etc. as required.

Inspection and Oil sample Testing of Transformer oil for 1600 KVA, 33/0.415 KV Transformer etc. complete as required.(Oil sample Testing).

Inspection,Testing,Oil filtration,Dehydration and topping up of Transformer oil for 1600 KVA ,33/0.415 Kv Transformer(Oil Dehydration).

Supply of Panel lock 25mm with key grove.

Supply of panel lock 25mm with knob.

Supply of sealed maintenance free 12V battery of rating 180AH for DG set.

Supply of sealed maintenance free 12V, 100AH battery ( for DC Power Supply Panel).

Supply of Indian National Flags of size 20 feet x 30 feet as per IS: 1-1968 latest, hand spun from clean carded cotton, handloom manufactured.

SUB HEAD-C(HT panel/LT panel) Annual Servicing/Maintenance Contract of Kirloskar make SF6 breaker model : FP 73D S36, 33 KV, Current 1250Amp,Complete testing and calibration of 33 KV HT Panel relay and CT (secondary injection), dismantling, cleaning of breaker & contacts, oiling of all joint rollers, repairing, replacement of damaged parts, if any, re-assembling the same after preventive maintenance, testing and commissioning complete Six monthly visit including attending break down call as and when required.(a) Incommer-01 number(b)Out going-04 number. The work to be carried out through authorised service dealer of OEM,s.

SF 6 Gas Top- up and recheck of Gas Pressure of Kirloskar make 33KV SF6 each breaker through authorised delaer of OEM.

Supply of 33 kv insulator as and when required during the service/ maintenance contract.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories includinglugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminiumconductor cable of 33 kV grade as required.(300 Sqmm).

Supply and installation of Panel Space Heater with thermostat controller, 200W.

Annual servicing/ maintenance contract of Air circuit breakers Make- GE & ABB of different capacities by complete racking out/ dismantling, cleaning of breaker & contacts, oiling of all joint rollers, repairing, replacement of damaged parts, if any, re-assembling the same after preventive maintenance , testing and commissioning complete 06 monthly visit as per OEM,s recommendation including attending break down calls as and when required. The work to be carried out through authorised service dealer of OEM,s. (supply of spare not included in AMC, will be paid separately.

Supply of spares required during the services/ maintenance of ACB make GE/ABB of different capacities for amount Rs.300000.00 (exclusive of GST) as per prevailing list price in support. The agency has to quote discounted price on price list for supply of spares (for example if the quoted rate for this item is Rs0.90 then the value of Rs. 300000 .00 will be Rs.2,70,000.00. The quoted price should not be above the price list.).

SH:D DSR Works Rate for Each one rupee Value of work executed from the CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Electrical rates.{For example if the quoted rate for this item is Rs.0.90 then the executed DSR-2022 (Electrical) schedule works of value Rs.200000.00 at DSR-2022 (Electrical ) rates, the quoted amount will be Rs.180000.00.And if quoted rate for this item is Rs.1.25 then quoted amount for the same will be Rs.250000.00} .
