Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in existing conduit and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface for the following point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3/5 pin socket outlet 6 Amp on same board with other switches.

All as per item No.2 above but One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board.

All as per item No.2 above but with cables 2.5 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board

Supply & fix in repairs MCB TPN, 16 To 32 AMP, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 10 KA Capacity all as specified and directed. MAKE: Havells/L&T/Legrand/ABB/Seimens or as approved by GE.

Supply & fix in repairs MCB TPN, 40 To 100 Amps, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 10 KA Capacity all as specified and directed. MAKE: Havells/L&T/Legrand/ABB/Seimens or as approved by GE.

Supply & fix in repairs MCB SPN, 32 Amps, 'C Series ,230 Volts, Single phase, 10 KA Capacity all as specified and directed. MAKE: Havells/L&T/Legrand/ABB/Seimens or as approved by GE.

Supply & fix in repairs MCB SP, 5 to 32 Amps, 'C' Series,230 Volts, Single phase, 10 KA Capacity all as specified and directed. MAKE:Havells/ L&T/ Legrand/ ABB /Seimens or as approved by GE.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective part, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding, etc and hanging up/fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as directed. NOTE: 1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor items viz nuts,bolts split pin and rubber wheel, however capacitor & bearing shall be measured sperately under respective items. 2. Rewinding of fan will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repairs ceiling fan regulator electronic step type 230 Volts single phase all as specified and directed. MAKE: Anchor/Bajaj/Legrand/Havells.

Supply and fix in repairs capacitor of 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Bajaj/Crompton Greaves/Phillips.

Supply and fix bearing No.6201/6202/6203 for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as directed. Make: SKF/TATA or as approved by GE.

M & L for removing of burnt out copper winding wire from ceiling fan of any make and size of 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep including cleaning of slots etc and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire as per existing size/gauge including insulating material, varnishing and drying complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ/ lying in store with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc

S&F in replacement of cup made of plastic complete with nut bolt for fixing in position suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of blade suitable for 1200mm sweep Ceiling fan complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of blade suitable for 1400mm sweep Ceiling fan complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan downrods of length 1-2 ft suitable for 1200/1400mm ceiling fans. The quoted rate should also include for the clamps necessary for the proper fixing of the ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 watt LED light fittings 2 feet including making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Philips/C&S/Bajaj/Shakti or equivalent.

S&F in repairs MCB DB SPN, 8 way, 240 Volt, double door powder coated sheet steel enclosure for surface mounting fitted with 200 Amps bus bar and din channel complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Indo Asian / Legrand or equivalent.

M & L for testing of resistence of earthpits of transformer / panels/ buildings or any other indicated place etc after testing report will be furnished to Engr-in Charge in standard format approved by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion all as specified and directed. NOTE: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber, funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 15 mm bore, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slabs 50 mm thick with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 140 mm c/c both ways etc complete.

M&L for taking down the existing faulty single phase tamper proof Electronic Energy meter with LCD display 230 volts 4 wire system, 10-60 amps, 50 Hz ,replacing the unserviceable chip board complete,making it to serviceable state, including testing, caliberation & refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
