Construction of road by Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) at Raniganj ward no-36 ,under AMC in the district of Paschim Bardhaman.

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. upto 600.00 mm

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11 for Rural Roads of MORD. (Mode of measurement: pre works and post works)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials , machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRTH (5 th Revision).

Wet Mix Macadam Base Course: Providing laying , spreading , and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials , premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density., including supply of all material costs for lighting, guarding , barricating, ,making earthen bundth to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT & H (5th Revision).

Providing and laying Design Mix Concrete for plain / Reinforced concrete work in any part of culvert / bridge with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading , fine aggregate (sand ) conforming to proprer grading zone, both of approved quality & cement , at necessary , including labour , cost and carriage of all materials and including prepration of design Mix approved of the same by the EIC and cost of Quality control , sampling , testing etc all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for form work and reinforcement work.

M 30 Grade using concrete Mixture.

Direction and Place Identification Signs Less than 0.9 sqm size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC : 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting , 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm , 2 Nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) including lettering , sign marks etc as per direction of EIC

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as speified as per Table 1 of IS 15658: 2006 manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP :63(2018) , from BIS Licence manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joints gap in between the paving blocks , as per Cl No 3.26 of IS : 15658 ) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (the ratio of the length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl No. 3.3 of IS : 15658 ) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 with flexural strength /. breaking load as per Annexture G of IS : 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC : SP 63 (2018)or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25 m to 35 mm thick ( grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1of IRC SP 63 ) and filling up the gap in between the paver blocks with joint filling sand ( the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63 ) and completing the edges with cut blocks of as per Cl No 8.7 of IRC SP : 63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding & joint filling sand, compaction , levelling & filling earth of the edge Gap .80 mm thick / Grey

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of aboutments , wing - walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the EIC. [By Fine sand ]

Supplying and laying Polythelene sheet (150 gm / sqm) over damp proof course or below flooring , Cenent Pavement etc.

First class brick work in cement sand mortar in aboutment , wing wall , parapet , cross drain , drain , H.P.Culvert , guard wall etc. including curing , scaffolding , raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials.[ in (1:6) Proportion]

Hire & Labour charges for shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout prop with wooden plank/ ply / wood / steel plate with required bracing for any kind of plane or reinforce concrete works in all sorts of minor structure in cluding culvert , box culvert, cross drain etc.The rate is inclusive of fitting , fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification & direction.

Where staging is not required

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure including initial straighting , straiting of coil bars, removal of loose rust (if any) , cutting to requisite length , bending , binding in annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection , hooked and bending in correct shape and placed forms etc. including cost of black anneled wire and cost of loading , unloading and carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of EIC

M15 Grade using Concrete Mixture

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, noising and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (Ground Floor) including cost of chipping over concrete surface.

With 6:1 cement mortar (15 mm thick)

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall , dado , drain etc.
