Repairs and Renovation of District Sports Officer Office in Breeks Open Air Stadium at Udhagamandalam

Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both directions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevicol and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying wooden flooring at site 8mm thick of approved make using click laminated floor with in built 3mm sound block class of use 31 water resistant AC 3 grade impact resistant IC3 (as per EN 130 900 / 1400) having 0.60mm MLC (Multi-Layer Guard + SRSG 2) (Scratch Resistant Surface Second Generation) on top of moisture high density fibre board substrate specially developed copy of plank size 1288 x 196 x 8mm having joints tongue and groove secure long lasting joint. The tongue and groove having the edges duly pre impregnated with par affineincluding laying 0.20mm thick alkali resistant polyethylene sheet of density 850kg /m3 beneath the laminated wooden panel to absorb the sound caused including labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.e

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing and Fixing of Cubicals for open office system using High Density Exterior grade both side prelaminated partical board with the table size of 1.65x0.75x0.75 mtrs. The table is provided with draws, Key board shelf filling, cabin with shutter and locking arrangements. The side file rack of sixe 0.90x0.45x0.75 made with High Density Exterior grade both side prelaminated partical board with necessary rack, shutter and locking arrangements. The edges are finished with teak wood beeding melamine polish, conveyances and fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
