S&F for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board, slabs, blanket, any thickness, including cover flats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of WPC louver sheet (of approved color & texture) in seamless ceiling/wall of minimum 17 mm thickness and 1.5 mm wall thickness fixed in ceiling frame with necessary fixing screw and clips or solvent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for any shade, vitrified ceramic tiles (of approved shade and design) area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm as in floors and skirtng, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4sqm each each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 to 12mm thick toughened glass in door, partitions etc similar work etc with stainless steel handle, locking arrangement and with hinges in approved shape and design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 8mm thick toughened glass in door, window, partitions etc similar work in approved shape and design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F heavy weight, stainless steel hydraulic patch fittings for single leaf having single bolt and single strock of minimum size 190 mm x 70 x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F double action, floor door spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed to toughened glass door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel heavy duty D-shaped patch lock and strike plated two set of keys suitable for double shutter door to be operated from both sides fixed to 12 mm thick glass door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F heavy duty stainless steel (grade 304) H shaped handles 300 mm long fixed to toughened glass door with one pair of collar and screws complete all as specified and as directed.
