M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed . Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Form work to sides of concrete foundation ,footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any )of foundation and plinth beams for flat rough finished concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beam, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span and similar work complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hauchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves, for flat rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2 :4 type B using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported/Chajjas as in simiar works Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed

Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling Boards(Fiber,pulp, Insulation etc) or insulation Board/slab/blankets any Thinkness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting existing GI pipe alteration or addition of 40/50 mm dia bore for inerstion of reducer Tee complete with all accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

All as per item No 137 above but wiring with 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor for one socket out let 15/16 amps point on the independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB Triple pole & neutral, 40 amps amp, 415 volts, 'C' series, 10 KA breaking capacity & making connection complete including taking down the old one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
