S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240 , complete all as specified and directed

S&F Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A for Roof truses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane grantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith after preparation complete.

Supply and fixing round shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and required length complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Taking down fan, sealing cable end,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store for re use at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing LED lights and fixing in New position LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V, AC any type with driver, holder including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose/connector block complete all as directed

S&F Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm dia fixed on wall/ceiling exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc all as directed

M&L for Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc as directed.
