Point wiring for one light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch by using 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cables in and including PVC concealed conduits and conduit accessories/fittings, pressed steel terminal switch boxes, 3 mm thick Bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with Chromium plate brass screws washers and 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and make wall surface as existing same colour including taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately)and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to match with the existing good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. match with the existing ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

All as per Sl item no.1 above but for one socket outlet point 5 amps on independent board controlled by one, one way switch.

All as per Sl item no.2 but for one socket outlet point on same the baord with other switches.

Point wiring for 15 amps socket point controlled by one, one way switch using 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cables in and including PVC concealed conduit and conduit fittings including pressed steel terminal switch boxes and 3 mm thick plate for fixing of switches/sockets and fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connected to earth dolly including taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately)and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to match with the existing good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. match with the existing ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Note : (i) 2 run of 4 Sqmm ,1 run of PVC conduit & 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable will be measured as single run. (ii) Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and paid separetly the rate quoted by contractor per unit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

(ii) Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and paid separetly the rate quoted by contractor per unit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 4 dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Distribution Board TPN with and including of DPX MCCB 35 KA 250 Amps MCCB FP as incomer and SP/TPN MCBs as outgoing protection class IP 54 , 8 way (DPX 250+24) with metal double door as in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- FP MCCBs 35 KA 160 Amps 1 No and 24 Nos MCB SP 32 Amps 230 Volts and Blanking plate shall be measured and paid under this item .

Distribution Board TPN with and including of DPX MCCB 35 KA 160 Amps MCCB FP as incomer and SP/TPN MCBs as outgoing , 4 way with metal double door as in replacement,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note :- FP MCCBs 35 KA 160 Amps 1 No and 24 Nos MCB SP 32 Amps 230 Volts and Blanking plate shall be measured and paid under this item .

Distribution Board TPN with and including of 100 amp FP Isolator as incomer and SP/TPN MCBs as outgoing , 4 way with metal double door as in replacement,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note :- FP Isolator 100 Amps 1 No and 12 Nos MCB SP 32 Amps 230 Volts and Blanking plate shall be measured and paid under this item
