Part II Repacement of unserviceable batteries of capacity 12 V 7 AH dry type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Exide

Provision of full rehearsal/ drill of fire fighting practice by opening the sluice valves, hydrants and landing valves, fixing of hose reel, checking serviceability of fire brigade inlets and any other works required for the practice including necessay maintenance works / servicing of valves/ pipe lines and manning as required and instructed by Engineer-in-Charge and provisioning of washers for hydrants. Note :- Penalty at the rate of Rs. 5000 per building per month shall be imposed on the contractor if fire fighting practice is not carried out during a month.

Taking down existing conventional type fire and smoke detector and Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Analog Addressable Intelligent multisensor detector, (Heat & Smoke) with duel angle angle decentralize intelligence, soft addressable Photo thermal ( Dual Optical with Forward and backward scattering to eliminate false fire signature & One Thermal Chambers) type, decentralize intelligence with inbuilt fault isolator wiring complete with base as required .Make: Honeywell or equivalent make compatible to existing system.

Taking down existing Manual Call Point and Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Addressable Manual Call Points with built in fault isolator and same shall be made of ABS plastic, square in shape Surface /Flush Mounting with mounting base & required accessories. Make: Honeywell or equivalent

Replacement of PVC conduit 25 mm size heavy duty (white colour) including clamps and screws and fixing arragement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement two core 1.5 Sq.mm, Multistranded, twisted Copper cable, FRLS Armoured cable laid through existing conduit / fixed to wall / ceiling / loop using proper clamps / clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing sounder of any specification and Supply, installation testing & commissioning of Wall/ Ceiling mounted intelligent Addressable Sounder, sounder shall be made of ABS plastic material & have the sound level of 99 dbs with 20 different sounder tones and built in isolator complete with mounting base & required accessories, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Honeywell or equivalent

Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of centrifugal pump, disconnecting electric and earth connections, detaching motor and pump, removing foundation bolt nuts and taking out the motor from its existing position of capacity 20 HP, 15KW 3 Phase 415 volts and taking out to workshop for carrying out repairs / rewinding as under :- (a) Dismantling of electric motor, separate starter / rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing with sand paper and removing all carbon. (c) Insert insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of insulated copper winding wire as per original specification. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Replacing damaged bush / bearing. (g) Repacing pressure plate, water seal, damaged nuts & bolts etc. (h) Connecting / coupling the motor with pump, connect all earth / electric connections, foundations nuts bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out damaged unserviceable heavy duty GI pipe sections from existing Fire lines of any specifictions complete all as specified and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying heavy class GI Pipe Fire lines including necessary joints by welding work / flanges, nuts and bolts and fixing accessories of size 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing Butterfly valve Class PN 1.6 in replacement including taking out old damaged valves, necessary cutting welding, flanges, nut bolts packing etc suitable for 100 mm size, Fire Fighting lines complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
