REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT TO JOINERY, FLOORING, SANITATION AREA, ROLLING SHUTTERS, ATT, WPT, PLUMBING WORK,SUNKEN REPAIR, WATERPROOFING, PLASTERING, REPAIRS TO WINDOW AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEM OF CERTAIN BLDG OF RESIDENTIAL AREA AND DEPOT AREA AT INS HAMLA

Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials outside MD and including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in (1:6) CM on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer using roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer using roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in (1:4) CM (in two coats (10+5mm)) with both coats mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured separately.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projections and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade over a coat of primer and including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projections and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade over a coat of primer and including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in (1:3) CM as in ceiling finishing even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution (4 % conceneration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate (4% concent) diluted with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good the distrubed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.
