REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT, FLOOD LIGHT, H/MAST AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES IN ZONE 1 AND 03 UNDER GE UTILITY BATHINDA

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC of 38 mm innner dia and 50 mm outer dia for underground electrical cable protection, 750 N , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and GE.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing suitable for laying and inserting pipe upto 80 mm dia any length by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as existing surface insulator with aluminium binding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE LT cable of 25 sqmm, 04 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE LT cable of 16 sqmm, 04 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE LT cable of 10 sqmm, 02 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material andaccessories suitable for 4.0 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm to 25 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Hot dip galvanized IRON octagonal pole 7 metre long with Single/double arm bracket of size 1 mtr. with 40mm dia of GI pipe and 15 degree arm tilt suitable for wind speed up to 47 m/s, junction box. Dimension top 70mm and bottom 130mm, 3mm thickness, base plate 200mm x 200mm x 12mm as per BSEN ISO 146, with foundation bolts of 4 Nos of 20 mm dia 'J' EN8 grade bolt with nut and washer with MS template all as specified. Including finial and necessary Civil works like RCC/ PCC foundation earthwork etc complete Including taking down existing Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Welding Standard:- IS:10178:1995/ IS 9535:1996. (ii) Design:- As per IS 875 Part-3:2015, IS:800:2007/IS 6533:1989(P-2) /BS 5649:1985/EN 40 (iii) Galvanization Standard:- As per 4759:1996/IS:2629:1985/BSEN, ISO:1461:2009. (iv) CIVIL WORK IN FDN:(i) Design & drawing of foundation / pole shall be submitted from manufacturer for approval of Engineer-in-charge. (v) Cost of all civil works/ foundation works for fixing poles shall deem to be included in this item rate quoted by bidders, No extra cost in this regard shall be entertained in future.
