Dismantling Water-closet basins: Dismantling Water-closet basins (Indian/ EWC)/ urinal basins with all fittings, removing, transporting and disposing the debris (within the campus) with all lead and lift, stacking the materials available for re-use at departmental store including transportation charge etc complete – in all the floor levels

Dismantling Fret work: Dismantling fret work (cement of clay fret works), removing, transporting and disposing the debris (within the campus) with all lead and lift, stacking the materials available for re-use at departmental store including transportation charge etc complete – in all the floor levels

Dismantling existing plumbing pipes (water supply pipes/ sanitary pipes): Dismantling existing plumbing pipes (water supply pipes/ sanitary pipes) with all fittings, removing, transporting and disposing the debris (within the campus) with all lead and lift, stacking the materials available for re-use at departmental store including transportation charge etc complete – in all the floor levels

Removing old earth/ soil/ cinder/ light-weight concrete from sunken slab: Removing the old earth/ soil/ cinder/ light-weight concrete from sunken slab, transporting and disposing the debris (within the campus) with all lead and lift – in all the floor levels

Dismantling wooden door shutter, resizing and re-fixing: Dismantling wooden door shutters, resizing according to the changed floor level by cutting and redoing the bottom portion; and re-fixing

30 mm thick fully paneled door shutter: Providing and fixing in position fully paneled Nandi/ Mathi wood (approved first class wood) shutters for doors, styles and rails of 30mm thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide, top rail and styles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications

GRP door frames 65 x 125 mm size: Providing and fixing 65mm x 125mm size GRP door frame fabricated using E- Glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM). U.V-stabilized isopthalic Gelcoat and Isopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP skin shall not be less than 2.0mm. The doorframe consists of four segments, which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screws. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooded reinforcement of 6 locations for high screw holding capacity for fixing metallic hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam/plaster with fiber reinforcement. Six numbers 260mmx25mmx5mm size ‘S’ shaped M.S. flat hold fast shall be provided with the frame

GRP Door shutter 32 mm thick: Providing and fixing factory made single leaf rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V- stabilized Isophthalic Gelcoat and on layer of 45gsm E-Glass Chopped strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded polystyrene EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20 kg/m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Salwood block of cross section not less than 28x32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles, etc., shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material, the salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall conform to RV/TIFAC Composites Design center Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in conformation to IS 4020-1994. The finish of shutter will be plain colour White/Ivory/Beige/Light Grey or any other colour using high quality pigments.

M. S. Grill work: Providing and fixing M. S. grill work for windows, ventilators and other openings using M. S. flats, or M. S. square rods, or combination of M. S. flats and square rods as per approved design, drawing including cutting steel sections and welding the same to required pattern with a coat of red lead primer of zinc chromate, cost of materials, fixtures, scaffoldings, labour and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

Clay Fret work (Jali) of 7.5 cms thick: Providing and fixing clay fret work (Jali) with smooth surface of approved make and design, fixing using CM 1:3 as per the directions, including cost of all materials, labour, all lead and lifts

Colour anodized double track aluminium windows/ ventilators: KSRB 7.10 : Providing and fixing in position colour anodized aluminium windows and ventilators as per approved drawings with sliding shutters using double track window frame section of size 61.85 x 31.75 mm. with 1.2mm thick, bottom section weight 0.695kg/m, sides and top sections 1.3mm. thick weight 0.659kg/m; and shutter comprising top and bottom section of size 40mm x 18mm, 1.25mm thick 0.417 kg/m; shutter outer side 40mm x 18mm, 1.25mm.thick weight 0.417kg/m, shutter interlock section 40mm x 26.7mm, 1.1mm thick, weight 0.469 kg/m, the shutter mounted on nylon rollers with approved quality of fixtures such as aluminium handles, tower bolts etc., and providing and fixing 5.5mm. thick plain glass for shutters fitted with rubber beading aluminium sections anodized 12 to 15 microns, including cutting to required length, joints mitred subdividing the frame tennoned and riveted in the assembled frame stiffened with end clip at corners angles etc., and fixed to the walls, lintels, floor beams/cills as the case may be with necessary steel screws, rawl plugs, or teak wood gutties including cutting masonry or concrete and making good the original surface using cement mortar, aluminium sections pre-treated for removal of any rust and protection of further rust formation and coated with greasy materials for non-adhesion of mortar and any other sticky materials, (this coating should be cleaned after installation ) including cost materials, fixtures, labour and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications

Both side polished Cudapa slabs (25mm to 40mm thick): Providing and fixing in position 25mm to 40mm thick both the sides pre-polished Cudapa slabs (for wardrobe racks/ planks) in CM 1:4, including groove cutting in the wall, finishing the groove in CM 1:4 after fixing the slab, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM complete

Laterite masonry for Basement: Providing and constructing laterite size stone masonry in CM 1:6 using clean sieved approved sand including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing charges etc complete as per specifications, IS 3620/1979 having compressive strength not less than 3.5N/sqmm. for saturated sample - for Basement in CM 1:6
