SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ADDN/ALTN BUILDING WORK)

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for pressed steel frames (Factory made) made out of 1.25mm thick mild steel black sheet for doors, with double rebates including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame 125 x 60mm including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 Nos 25 x 3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side and back fill to chowkahts with PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate after applying and including one coat of black paint to prevent from corrosion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood factory made 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood factory made 35mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 18/19 mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work, as in Kitchen drawers, Cupboard shutters etc. including knobs/handle of suitable size (as approved by GE) for cupboard/drawers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.90mm thick decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 30mm width of flaps Continuous (piano) hinges, Stainless steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 125mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for powder coated aluminium window (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply and fixing of 5mm thick glass and stainless steel wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for 5.5 mm thick tinted glass and glazing, not exceeding 0.5 Square Metre in each pane, fixed with oil putty or aluminium beads or with EPDM rubber complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 5 mm thick figured glass, pin headed type, not exceeding 0.5 Square Metre in each pane, fixed with oil putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coating aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved powder coated aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 6.00mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards one side aluminium foil coated fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for prepainted colored (in camouflage pattern) profiled Galvalume/Zinc coated steel sheet with min 0.50mm TCT conforming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, AL Zn alloy mettalic coating 550 MPA yield stress as per AS-1397), as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws colour/exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer, all fixed with Galvanised self drilling/self-tapping fastener (12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium hasp and staple, 125mm safety type with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium drapery rod with pre coated PVC lamination of dia not less than 25mm with brackets on both end of rod and two nos globe on both ends for each door/windows brackets shall be at galvanised steel 1.6mm thick, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid in cement mortar of any thicknes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, and including brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg cement per sqm etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for joint free Non-Skid coloured Ceramic, first quality, tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm thick, as in floors and using space bars (keeping min 5mm joint between each tile) as per manufacturer's instruction, set in neat cement slurry and pointed with polymer joint filler. The joint of tiles shall be filled with epoxy polymer joint filler, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surfaces even and rough for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 600mm 300mm x 7mm thick, coloured glazed ceramic tiles, first quality, on vertical surfaces, using space bars (keeping minimum 3mm joint between each tile) as per manufacturer's instructions, including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surfaces even and rough for laying wall tiling complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched with existing surface without any extra cost to the govt)

Material and labour for machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab 20-25mm thick, as in floors and the like, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including finishing the surfaces even and rough for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement rendering and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including finishing the surfaces even and rough for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PARTI-II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORK)

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point ,socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches , ceiling roses, pendants , regulators , sockets , light fitting etc. removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia as protection to cable along the pole / across road crossing/through culvert/passing through ceiling/walls with necessary clamps-02 nos (Flat iron 50 x 6mm) with ,nuts and bolts for fixing on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, fixing to wall/pole/floor using clamps or in air or passing through pipes/ducts/road/path/drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16sqmm, ISI Marked (IS-7098 Part-1) and its latest amendments complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt/broken LT cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core and placed at site complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PARTI-VI (EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK)

Excavation in trenches in exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.50 in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. (For external electric supply and sewage disposal work)

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. (For external electric supply and sewage disposal work)

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. (For external electric supply and sewage disposal work)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VII (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Air Force station at Srinagar
