Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings (un-framed) 40Sq cm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position 9 mm prelaminated suspended false ceiling system using E-grid suspended ceiling grid system .The size of grid shall be 600x600mm with GI frame work in main runner 38x24mm cross tee 25x24mm and wall angle 24x24mm using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in due drop texture as per IS-2095 Part-1996 fixed in the grid off-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4 mm dia GI hanger from the purlins of the roof with butterfly clips including dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre,pulp,insulation etc) or insulation board/slab/blanket any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Material and labour for Steel window factory made double shutter and tubular moulded frame of 16 gauge suitable for double shutter as per drg No CEPZ/TD/245/01 sheet 1/1 and CEPZ/TD/246/01 sheet 1/2 (double for mosquito proof one glazed with glazing bars and one gauged without glazing bars ) with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges non friction with 3mm thick 100mm long handle and two nos tower bolts 100mm long welded on 3.0mm thick MS plate to each window shutter and including hold fast and painting with one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly one coat of bitumen primer on roof surface conforming to IS-3384 of 1986 @ 0.30 litres/sqm. and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.6 kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm top of membrane . The overlap shall be minimum 150mm on transverse direction and 100 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Plain cement concrete 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding on roof in two layers with chicken mesh in between the layer , top surface of plain concrete padding shall be finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.
