Labour for Repair/ maintenance of street lights/ yard lights/ high mast fitting/Bollard /garden luminaire of any size/ type fixed on poles/bldgs/tower including taking down as required at a height exc. 8m from the ground level including dismantling all the defective components, checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units and carried out necessary minor repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections, replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same, replacing the fused lamps, burnt out wiring, ballast and igniter, capacitor and reassembling and fixing the fitting to original position complete, testing and commissioningcomplete all as specified and directed . Replacement of fused wire is deemed to be included and other items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items, however securing wiring/ tapeing/refixing is deemed to be included in Job. Note: (a) Irrespective of fittings/ components replaced, the measurement shall be made for one pole as one unit. (b) Attending through necessary ladder arrangement on vehicle or ladders etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (d) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him.

Labour for Repair/maintainace of LT cable faults by disconnecting and taking out old existing LT cable of any sizes, in any position from trench/duct/panel and removing/excavating the outer surface of cable, examining cable and joints for defects and ascertaining suitability of cable for reuse, meggering, cutting out the defective portion of cable/joint, including taking out old serviceble PCC cable covers/Bricks or GI pipe of any type/size and relaying the cable with old serviceable bricks/PCC cable covers after repair/replacement of cable / jointing kit of any make or size of existing then make good the excavated area by returning/filling the same complete all as specified & directed. Note: (a) Using of new GI pipe or new jointing kit will be paid separately in concerned items (b) Excavation, refilling and sand/cable covers as used will be paid separately. (c) Irrespective of nature of complaint fault identification and necessary minor accessories as tape/lugs/nuts bolts/testing through test lamp or meggering for any fault identification and securing cables or connected switch gear after defect rectification is deemed to be included in the scope. (d) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (e) The fuse of call/breakdown and defect identification to be attended immediately within 2 hrs and process for proper defect identification should be completed in continuation alongwith any further workmen or equipment required as defect rectification being essential service in nature and the cost is deemed to be included in scope of work and also as directed. (f) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him.(g) The contactor need to arrange necessary skilled manpower immediately to restore the essential electrical services.

Dismantling and taking out old un-serviceable Non-integral light fittings from 16 mtr High mast tower with checking its connection and unserviceable parts ,such as Drivers,LED lamps ,LED Fittings etc and replace the same and refitting in its position including servicing the double drum winch and greasing the 5 mm dia steel wire rope, wheels,operating handles with all parts and equipments of existing High mast Tower ,fitting ,Allignment upto length, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted all as specified and directed. Note: The Lights fittings to be replaced shall be measured seperately under this schedule of item.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 pole with fixed thermal & magnetic release of breaking capacity 16 kA, 415 Volts, 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of Transformers at different location of CGRA/CGAE with filtration cum dehydration machine to achieve desired level of di electric strength of transformer oil including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note- The quoted rate shall deem to incl for the cost of centrifuging the transformer oil by means of electrical operated centrifuging machine . (ii) The contrator shall test the di electric strength of oil of each transformer before dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydration and filtration process he shall submit record of the same. Each sample of oil shall be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE/ Engr- in- Charge. The contractor will have to arrange correctly calibrated Transformer Oil Test machine. for this purpose. (iii) The dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS tubing medium grade of 50 mm dia with all fitting including welding and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement CI Foot Valve suitable for 50 mm dia Tubing conforming to IS 4038 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of brass gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes including taking out old unserviceable valves for 50 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning ,servicing ,painting ,writing SM.MES No including minor repair work if required and greasing of all moving parts i.e pump impeller , stainless steel shaft, bearing etc for smooth running and replacement of packing gaskets, shaft sleeve, gland packing, neck ringnut bolts and washers etc, with necessary oiling and greassing of pump up to 10 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of motor from pump after disconnection of mechanical tyre coupling and unbolting from foundation base plate,discconecting of electric connection from terminal loading/unloading the motor to vehicle and transportation of the motor to workshop, cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning matterial and rewinding of stator winding with supper enameled copper wire as per existing the size/gauge wire and turn of the previous winding, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish . Afterward heating the stator in heat chamber for continous 2 days for better insulation resistance reassembling the stator & rotor carefully after replacement of worn out bearings, transportation of motor from workshop to its original location, unloading the motor and placing it on base frame, connection of motor with pump with tyre coupling and fixing to the base frame after checking up the alignment, testing of motor with megger for checking of insulation resistances, electric connection of motor to the control panel, testing on load for continous running for 3 hrs of capacity up to 10 HP Induction motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair, cleaning and servicing of automatic star delta starter of capacity 10 HP fixed in existing LT panel including tightening of all loose coonection and replacement of minor defective parts such as cable lugs, nut bolts PVC copper connection wire etc to make the starter serviceable complete all as specified and directed. (Major defective parts will be measured and paid seperetely under relevent item as supply only)

Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in under ground water sump of capacity up to 2.5 lakhs ltr by drain out the ludge/wate at bottom of the tank by mannualy or using non cloging pump sets and applying bleaching powder , brushes for removing deposited materials and removal the same from sump and deposited the same where as directed (not more than 50 mtr) , including cleaning the sourrounding area of under ground sump complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of coir rope, bleaching powder, brush for removing scales & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud utside the premises shall be deemed to include in the above item rate.

Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in over head tank 50000 liters capacity by applying bleaching powder , brushes for removing deposited materials, including jungle cleaning to sourrounding area including draining out existing water complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of coir rope, bleaching powder, brush for removing scales & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud utside the premises shall be deemed to include in the above item rate.

M&L in replacement of Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for 50 mm dia iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection of electric connection of 05 HP submercible pump from panel and remove GI pipe from bore well and taking out submersible pump and motor from bore well carefully & check the motor and carry the motor to work shop for repair. Then repair the motor including winding of the motor, Motor brush and key and clamp & nut and bolts etc. anf fixing 5 HP submersible pump and motor after repair inside the bore will carefully and fixing GI pipe 50 mm dia in same bore well and connect electric supply to motor and function satisfactory complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rubber coupling F50 size to the pump motor shafts at pump house including connected nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old un-serviceable all in one solar light fittings of any capacity and any make from existing pole and checking its connection and unserviceable parts ,such as lithium ferro phosphate battery, Charge controller, solar plate, Driver,LED and refitting after changing defective parts in its position including painting of solar light fitting and pole on which light is fitted with aluminium paint after removing old paint from pole & other steel section such as angle, bracket & support clamps etc and inclusive of one over coart and one finishing coat of aluminium paint , testing complete in all respect after the refixing complete all as specified and directed.
