M&L for demolition Stone slabs and tiles laid dry or dry beded or pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing and rubbish off the premises out side MD land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15 to 18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, Pillers, window-clips, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic coloured tiles 600 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and fair to receive tiles as in skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L non skid ceramic cololured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm. in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work to stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No 9 herein before, but except bricks using existing bricks including cleaning etc .complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note-Old bricks obtained against dismantling/demolition shall be used after properly cleaning as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on external surfaces of wall in two layers (first layer 10mm thick and second layer 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, Cement plaster as in CM 1:4 using WPC finishing even & fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Not WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on celling surfaces in CM 1:3 including finishing and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

S&F in repair Sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen with with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets size 25x25x4mm thickand connecting union to pipe, and 125mm Sink Coupling with PVC waste pipe as size required & overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mmx160 mm.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S&F in repair sinks made of stainless steel lmm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for Treatment of sunken floor surfaces with 0.488 kg/Sqm first layer of slurry of cement mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours and then applying in second layer slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg /Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer based modified cementitious composite compound @0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours, including taking down old/existing treatment with wire brusing and clearing the dust and foreign material before new treatment and incuding one GI light grade 450mm long 32 mm dia Spout to each sunken floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
